Westerra did a fantastic job designing my new home. Our property had very challenging topography which led to numerous roadblocks and delays during the planning and construction process. While we had a good amount of property, we were limited in what we could use due to environmental issues, which necessitated creativity in order to build a four bedroom house on the odd shaped usable land. Westerra found a way to maximize every available inch we had available, literally, to make the project work.
Westerra responded immediately to every issue that arose and was always willing to listen and implement my suggestions. The end result was a beautifully designed home in which our real estate agent has received numerous requests for the plans.
