Custom home design – we strive to learn about you and your needs for your project before we begin designing your home.
Existing house plans – our design team will assist you with using or modifying one of our existing designs or in determining if a custom home design is best for you. We can also re-issue plans (with or without changes), for builder use.
Additions and Remodels – no job is too small, and we want to know what you would like to preserve and/or change about your existing structure.
HOA Design Review – we will review your HOA covenants and restrictions to ensure that your plans comply with the code for your subdivision/development and meet all ARB requirements.
Site Plan – using your survey, we will draw a site plan that meets subdivision and county
requirements.
Stormwater Plan – we work with several engineers that will prepare this for a fee.
Piling or Pier Plan – we will help coordinate a Geotechnical report, if needed.
3D Rendered Perspectives – electronic renderings of interior and exterior views of your home. These are useful for owners and realtors to make homes more appealing to buyers and renters.
Virtual Home Tour – a video which highlights exterior and interior views of your home.
