Westerra Development, Inc. is a Florida corporation that was formed in 2004 by Randall T. Hilburn, P.E. and Patrick and Tracey Paskell. We started out in Pat and Tracey’s home in Crestview and eventually grew enough to move into a space on Main St. in Crestview. After leasing a few different spaces, we purchased our own building and are now located back in the downtown Crestview area.
For 17 years, Westerra was a design and civil engineering firm. In February 2022, Randy unexpectedly passed away. This was the most difficult event we as a family and business have ever dealt with and he is greatly missed. In Randy’s absence, we are working with several local consulting engineers and our level of service has not changed. Westerra’s primary focus has always been and will continue to be residential design. We are thankful for our wonderful staff and we look forward to continuing to serve northwest Florida for years to come.
While good design is very important, our project administration abilities at Westerra Development are what keeps our clients happy. I believe that open communication is extremely important in helping a project to run efficiently. I communicate often to our clients and consultants and am always responsive to their questions.
